Louise Storino, SHRM-SCP is the founder & CEO of Reinvent Work Solutions, where she provides solutions to organizations and leaders to navigate the moments when business, people, and change intersect.

With more than 30 years of experience in human resources, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and human capital transformation, Louise has built her career around a central question: How do we help organizations and the people within them successfully move from where they are to where they need to be?

Her experience spans financial services, media and communications, healthcare, education, and professional services, from large-scale organizations to entrepreneurial and private-equity-backed environments. She has advised CEOs and senior executives, led organizational redesign affecting thousands of employees, supported complex mergers and acquisitions, built and modernized HR functions, and designed leadership and talent strategies for organizations undergoing significant transformation.

Earlier in her career, Louise worked through major banking restructurings and integrations, gaining firsthand experience in what it takes to align people, culture, leadership, and organizational capability when the business itself is being reinvented. Her work has included organizational transformation impacting more than 186,000 employees and leadership development initiatives reaching approximately 60,000 leaders.

For the past 15 years, Louise has worked in a fractional CHRO and senior people leadership capacity, partnering closely with executives to translate business priorities into practical people strategies. Her expertise includes HR strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, culture and engagement, change management, M&A integration, performance, and HR modernization.

What distinguishes Louise's approach is her ability to make complexity actionable. She understands the big picture but knows transformation rarely happens through one sweeping initiative. She works with leaders to assess what is happening today, identify what matters most, and break ambitious strategies into clear, practical, measurable steps that organizations can actually execute.
